  • Payment Options

    1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
    2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
    3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.  Prosser Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments.  You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at:  www.CareCredit.com.
    4.  Scratch Pay is another form of payment for an unexpected emergency/ illness. You can fill out a form online with an estimated price of services. You will be able to figure out your monthly payment with them. You can go to www.scratchpay.com

    Dr. Mary, you and your staff are so absolutely wonderful. Rue is doing so well since her surgery. Of course, almost right at the 7 day mark, its like a switch got turned on and she became her old self. You thought when she woke up from surgery and a day or so after she was full of energy, but when she got back to her old self, she was going 10 times faster than before. She also has become a piggy. . . .still picky, but wants to eat all the time and pretends almost that she wasn't just fed so that someone else will feed her again. She also is getting used to sleeping with mom and dad. . . so much so, she thinks she deserves a fair share of the bed. . .She still takes it easy going down the stairs only because we taught her to start taking them one step at a time, but otherwise its full steam ahead. . . .what a character. You and your staff are awesome and did a fantastic job on the surgery. I don't know what we would have done if we lost her. She is so much like our youngest child. Thank you to all of you. You are so wonderful at what you do, but more than that. . . you care and you don't find that at other places. We won't be going anywhere else for our pets, that's for sure.
